Allan Cusworth will be demonstrating the Inside-Outside turning technique.

In the past he has made many Inside-Outside Christmas Ornaments, but now he is extending those techniques into other projects. Allan will be turning an Inside-Outside Bud Vase.

While the techniques are similar for an Inside-Outside Bud Vase, the blanks are somewhat larger than for a Christmas ornament. Allan will explain:

the preparation of the turning blank from four individual pieces that are glued together twice.
He will show how he turns the inside of the vase first, and
How to reverse it to the outside surfaces.

Allan assures us, he has used the magic powers of preparing a second blank, so we will not be entertained by watching glue dry. So, if you like magic, don’t miss this demo.
